Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between your church and Manna Management (“Manna,” “we,” “us”) for using Manna. By creating an account or using Manna, you agree to them on behalf of your church. If you do not have authority to agree for your church, please do not create an account.

Your Account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
- The person who creates the account is the account owner. They control billing, permissions, and who has staff access.
- You are responsible for activity under your church’s account and for keeping passwords private. Tell us right away at [Contact email] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- Staff and volunteers your church invites must also follow these terms.
02.
Plans & Billing
- Seed is free for as long as your church fits within its limits. No card is required.
- Paid plans (Planted, Rooted, Growth, and Pro) are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe.
- Annual plans are discounted and billed once a year.
- Changing plans: you can move up or down at any time. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Cancelling: there are no contracts. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
- Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you.
03.
Plan Limits
Each plan includes a set number of congregation members, teams and groups, staff seats, volunteer seats, gifts, Smart Schedule runs, and Manna AI requests, as listed on our pricing page.
Limits are soft. Going over never shuts Manna off or interrupts your Sunday. If your church regularly runs past its plan, we will let you know and ask you to move to a plan that fits. If a church goes far beyond its plan for a long time and does not move up, we may limit new additions until it does.
04.
Giving And Payments
- Gifts are processed by Stripe through a Stripe account connected to your church. Money moves from the giver to your church and never passes through Manna’s bank account.
- To accept gifts, your church must agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and complete Stripe’s verification.
- Manna takes no cut of any gift. Standard card and bank processing fees from Stripe apply. Givers may choose to cover those fees.
- Your church is responsible for how it uses gifts, for following tax and charity rules, and for the accuracy of giving records and year-end statements. Manna provides the tools. Your church remains responsible for the records.
- Refunds and disputes on gifts are handled between your church, the giver, and Stripe.
05.
Your Church's Data
- Everything your church puts into Manna belongs to your church. We do not claim ownership of it.
- You give us permission to store, process, and display that data only as needed to provide Manna to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to add the information you put into Manna, including permission from a parent or guardian for information about children.
- You can export your data at any time, on any plan. After cancellation, your data remains available to export for 90 days and is then deleted.
06.
Manna AI
- Manna AI makes suggestions, including schedules, summaries, and follow-up drafts. It can be wrong. Please review what it suggests before you act on it.
- Your church decides what is sent and to whom. Manna AI does not send messages or publish schedules without approval unless your church turns on automation.
- Manna AI never sees giving amounts.
07.
Acceptable Use
Please use Manna for what it is built for: serving your church. You agree not to:
- Use Manna to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive.
- Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Try to access another church’s data or any part of Manna you are not permitted to use.
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or copy Manna.
- Resell Manna or use it to build a competing product.
08.
Early Access
Some features may be offered as early access or labeled as in development. These features may change, may be less reliable, and may be removed. We are building Manna alongside churches, and your feedback shapes what comes next.
09.
Our Property
Manna, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. These terms give your church the right to use Manna while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of anything. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Manna without owing you anything.
10.
Ending The Agreement
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts other churches or Manna at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.
11.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Manna reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that Manna will always be uninterrupted or error free, or that AI suggestions will always be accurate.
12.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Manna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or giving. Our total liability for any claim related to Manna is limited to the amount your church paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For churches on the free Seed plan, that amount is $100.
13.
Indemnity
If a claim is brought against Manna because of information your church put into Manna or because your church broke these terms, your church agrees to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
14.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless we both agree otherwise. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the issue by talking it through.
15.
Changes to These Terms
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and email account owners at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Manna after that means you accept the updated terms.
