Everything Your Teams
Need In One Place
Scheduling, service planning and team communication — six features that cover the weekend, and nothing that doesn’t. Manna drafts the week from who’s actually free, volunteers confirm from their phones, and service plans and team chats all live in one place.
features For Every role, every Lead, Every Volunteer
TEAM LEAD TEST
Your church has one universal join code — and every team lead has their own, scoped to their team. Print it, project it, or just hand someone your phone and let them scan it on the spot.
Scan a team lead’s code and the team comes pre-selected — the request lands directly on their roster, not in a general queue for an admin to sort. One approval puts the volunteer in the church and on that team, together. Delegation, built in: leads can grow their own team without waiting on anyone.

Every Service, one grid, Smart Assistance
This is the whole weekend, at a glance — every team, every position, every person’s status, without piecing it together from four different group texts. Confirmed, pending, or declined: nothing hides in an inbox.
When a slot opens up, Smart Schedule already knows who to ask. It looks at who’s available, what the position needs, and how recently someone served — then drafts a suggestion and hands it to you. You stay in control the whole time; nothing goes out until you approve it.

Set Your Teams up Once.

Built to make worship sets
and
service orders seamless.
Drag blocks to build the run of show — welcome, worship set, message, response. Drop songs into the worship block straight from your church’s library, set the key per service, and name who’s leading each one.
The chart your band opens on Sunday is the exact arrangement in the key you picked — not a PDF buried in someone’s inbox.
Save any plan as a template, and next week starts from it instead of a blank page.
Sign-up that survives
the lobby.

Reminders & Notifications you can actually count on on.
Every scheduled volunteer gets reminded or notified automatically, on the same cadence, across every team — you don’t set this up per team or chase it manually. It just runs.
What you get is visibility most reminder tools don’t give you: a church-wide view of who’s responded and who hasn’t, by team. If someone’s still quiet a couple of days out, you nudge them directly from here — no separate email, no hunting down a phone number, no wondering if anyone’s on top of it.
Leaders Get Smart Schedule Too!

Delegate Team Management

Dynamic Communication
Every service gets its own thread — not because you created one, but because it opened on its own as the date got close. The people in it are whoever’s actually scheduled that day, pulled straight from who’s confirmed, not the whole team roster whether they’re serving or not.
No more hunting through last month’s messages to find who’s covering nursery this week, and no group text that outlives its usefulness the moment the service ends. When the next one opens, it’s already got the right people in it.
Your team's reminders, without the guesswork.
Reminders go out on their own as the service gets closer — you don’t have to remember to send them, and neither does anyone else. It’s already happening in the background.
When someone’s still quiet, you’ll see it plainly, right next to their name — not buried in a sent-mail folder somewhere. One tap sends a nudge, right from the roster you’re already looking at. No separate text thread, no “did I already ask them this.”
Reminders volunteers can actually act on.
Volunteers hear from Manna a few times before they serve. about a week out, a couple days out, and the morning of .so nothing sneaks up on you and nothing gets sent just once and forgotten.
Most reminders just remind you. Ours let you respond right where you see them. accept or let your team know you can’t make it, without logging in or digging through your inbox to find the right link.

Schedule Questions We
Get Asked A lot
Straight answers, including what we haven’t built. What we can and can’t replace, and what we are planning for the future!
Not sure? You can always book a free consultation call with a Manna Manager and get the answers you are looking for!
Will Manna replace Planning Center entirely?
For volunteer scheduling, service planning and team communication, yes. If your church relies on giving, check-in or a member directory, keep those. Don’t Worry, we are cooking up new things!
How does Smart Schedule decide who serves?
It reads submitted availability, serve frequency, what each service type requires, and how recently someone served. Nothing publishes without a staff approval, and every suggestion can be swapped before you send i
What happens when someone declines?
The pill turns red, the decline reason comes with it, and the slot reopens so it can be refilled. Declines show up on the dashboard — nothing quietly slips through.
Can anyone use this without installing an app?
Yes — Manna runs in the browser and installs to the home screen like an app. While our IOS and Android Application makes things seemless, it is not required!
Can we bring our existing teams and people over?
You can create teams, positions and service types yourself OR directly import a CSV from Planning Center to get started. Our onboarding team is hear to help you with this process. You can also visit the Manna University
Who can see and change what?
Three roles, no more. Super Admins see the whole church, Team Leads own the teams they lead, and Volunteers see their own shifts and teams. Being an admin and being on a roster are two different things — an admin who serves joins that team like anyone else.
Where do songs come from, and do we need our own CCLI license?
Every church builds their own library, and you’re not starting from zero — Manna already recognizes 200+ commonly used worship songs by title, writer, and CCLI number, seeded from real churches’ repertoires. When you add one of those songs, you’re not retyping the basics — you just add your own chord arrangement and lyrics, under your own CCLI license, the same way you always have. Manna gives you a better place to store, transpose, and share that content with your team; it doesn’t replace the license itself, and nothing about your content is visible outside your church.
