Effective Discipleship
for
Smarter Management
Manna keeps track of who’s new, who’s growing, and who might need you, so you can pastor people with precision. The authentic way you already know how. We bring the lost information forward. So you can effectively disciple your church, your people, and build the kingdom.
Management for every Role, every pastor, every person.
Interactive previews, not live app data — built to show how Manna works, not to simulate it exactly.
See your whole
church clearly.
This is your whole congregation at a glance, sorted by how each person is engaging and measured against their own pattern, not one church-wide rule. When someone starts to drift, Manna brings them forward with the reason beside their name, like “weekly through June, nothing since.” What happens next is yours. Manna never contacts your people for you.
Customize Your Church's Discipleship Path
Milestones are the steps that matter to your church, named your way: first visit, joined a group, baptized, or something only your church does. Add one anytime, put it where it belongs on the path, and see how many people have reached each step. When someone takes the next one, it shows up on their profile.
Start the week knowing where to look.
Each Monday, your staff Reflection recaps the weekend: attendance, new faces, milestones, and the few people who need attention, each with the reason why. Hand any follow-up to the right person on your team in a tap. Manna does the noticing, and the care stays with your people.
Know the person, not just the name.
Open anyone and see the whole picture: their household, their groups, where they serve, the milestones they’ve reached, and how their story has unfolded. Private notes stay visible only to the people you choose. When someone needs care, add a follow-up right from their profile.
Attended 2 of the last 8 weekends, down from near-weekly through the spring. No group involvement recorded.
Flagged 3 days ago. Came nearly every weekend through the spring, nothing since June, and no group to fall back on.
Hidden until you choose to open it.
Healthy People = Healthy Church
Manna keeps track, so your team can spend its time on people. We’re opening a limited group of founding churches ahead of our early 2027 launch, and we’d love yours to be one.

Leaders Care for the people In Their Circle
Leaders run their own groups, with rosters, attendance in a few taps, and a simple picture of who’s been showing up. That attendance doesn’t sit in a spreadsheet. It feeds Manna’s smart management system, so when someone starts to drift, the right people see it, measured against that person’s own pattern.
Your Staff also get’s their own dynamic discipleship circle, built to make big church, always feel authentic, small, connected, and in community that matters.
Every Submission finds its person.
Connect Cards, prayer requests, and group sign-ups land in one place. Each submission finds the right person, or creates them if they’re new, so nobody ends up as a duplicate. Then it goes straight to whoever owns that form as a follow-up. Leaders can build forms for their own groups, too.
Submissions that look like someone already here, and children a parent listed who aren’t in their Tribe yet.
Review the fiveStaff can build any form. Team leads and group leaders can build forms for the teams and groups they lead, and see those forms’ submissions.
Church, a team, or a group. Ownership decides who can see the form and its answers.
Staff & Leaders Walk Alongside Your Church
Your Circle is a short list of the people you or your team is personally walking with, and it’s yours alone. Each person is a sentence, not a row: what they’ve been doing and how long you’ve walked together. Manna was designed to make church always feel authentic and small. When someone shares a person with you, you’ll both see it.
It’s discipleship simplified, so people don’t get lost in the day to day of life.
Plan All Your Events
& see who came.
Create an event in a few steps: name, date, and whether it needs volunteers or a form. Invite a whole group at once, or keep it public with a link and QR code. RSVPs land on the event page, and afterward you mark who came, so every gathering counts toward how people are connecting.
Built for the people doing the caring.
Groups, forms, events, and the people you’re walking with, all in one place. Your team spends less time chasing information and more time with people. We’re opening a limited group of founding churches ahead of our early 2027 launch, and we’d love yours to be one.
Tend Questions We
Get Asked A lot
Straight answers, including what we haven’t built. What we can and can’t replace, and what we are planning for the future!
Not sure? You can always book a free consultation call with a Manna Manager and get the answers you are looking for!
Will Manna replace Planning Center entirely?
For volunteer scheduling, service planning and team communication, yes. If your church relies on giving, check-in or a member directory, keep those. Don’t Worry, we are cooking up new things!
How does Smart Schedule decide who serves?
It reads submitted availability, serve frequency, what each service type requires, and how recently someone served. Nothing publishes without a staff approval, and every suggestion can be swapped before you send i
What happens when someone declines?
The pill turns red, the decline reason comes with it, and the slot reopens so it can be refilled. Declines show up on the dashboard — nothing quietly slips through.
Can anyone use this without installing an app?
Yes — Manna runs in the browser and installs to the home screen like an app. While our IOS and Android Application makes things seemless, it is not required!
Can we bring our existing teams and people over?
You can create teams, positions and service types yourself OR directly import a CSV from Planning Center to get started. Our onboarding team is hear to help you with this process. You can also visit the Manna University
Who can see and change what?
Three roles, no more. Super Admins see the whole church, Team Leads own the teams they lead, and Volunteers see their own shifts and teams. Being an admin and being on a roster are two different things — an admin who serves joins that team like anyone else.
Where do songs come from, and do we need our own CCLI license?
Every church builds their own library, and you’re not starting from zero — Manna already recognizes 200+ commonly used worship songs by title, writer, and CCLI number, seeded from real churches’ repertoires. When you add one of those songs, you’re not retyping the basics — you just add your own chord arrangement and lyrics, under your own CCLI license, the same way you always have. Manna gives you a better place to store, transpose, and share that content with your team; it doesn’t replace the license itself, and nothing about your content is visible outside your church.
